  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    Unfortunately no. Our properties are rented on a first come basis. Our applications are processed in the order they are received and only upon application approval will we review the process for holding a property until lease signing.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    We require 1st month’s rent and security deposit upon lease signing.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    All applicants must be 18 yrs or older to apply. All minors under the age of 18 will be listed as a resident along with their parent.
  • Is the security deposit refundable?

    As per Pennsylvania state law, Security Deposits are to only be used in case of damage or repair needed to a property once a tenant has vacated the property. These funds are NOT to be used as final month’s rent. These funds are to be released to the tenant no later than 30 days after the tenant has moved out. Should any funds be withheld for repairs or damage to the property, a comprehensive list of expenses will be provided to the tenant along with any remaining deposit amount.

  • How do I pay rent?

  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    If your current lease states that no pets are allowed at your property, please check with our staff to request a pet permission from the owner.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    All persons listed on the lease agreement are legally responsible for the full rent payment. If the names of the persons living at the property are changing, please notify our office so that we can properly remove those persons from the lease. We will need signatures from all parties stating that the roommate is leaving and will no longer be liable for rent payments.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
